My full name is Julia Del Olmo Leal. I’m a writer and an English teacher. I teach English as a second language.

I was born in Madrid, Spain. As a child I had a lot imagination and I would make stories up with my twin sister, Virginia. 

When I was nineteen, I finished Bachillerato (A -Levels), I travelled with my sister to the UK, we wanted to improve our English skills for a year. After the year passed I decided to stay longer. We both ended up living in England for thirteen years. I complete enjoyed my time there and love the city where I used to live most of those years, York.

I studied different Vocational Qualifications through out the years, none of them related to writing. Later on, I rediscovered my passion for writing and started typing my first manuscript.

Everything I know about writing is self taught or from reading other writer’s works and blogs.
